Refund Policy

Please read our policy on subscriptions, trials, and refunds.

Effective March 22, 2026

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance through authorized payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other third-party payment processors). Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.


2. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the time of conversion.


3. Grace Period

After your subscription expires, a grace period may apply:

  • Monthly plans: 5 days grace period
  • Yearly plans: 30 days grace period

During this grace period, you may renew your subscription without interruption of service.


4. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Unused time remaining in a billing cycle
  • Charges incurred after free trial conversion
  • Fees for services already rendered

This policy applies except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


5. Cancellation

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation can be done through your account dashboard, Apple App Store settings, or Google Play Store settings. Once canceled, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period.
