• Search and discover local businesses in the Lake Como region

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User-Generated Content

Users may submit business listings, reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you represent that:

• You own or have the right to publish the content
• The content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading
• The content does not infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized third-party payment providers. All payment transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store or directly process your credit card or payment information on our servers. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment providers.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, Apple App Store settings, or Google Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

8. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for partial or unused subscription periods.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Post harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Disrupt or interfere with platform operations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lake Como Italy platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Lake Como Italy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lake Como Italy shall not be liable for:

• Any user-generated content or business listings
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information
• Any loss or damage resulting from third-party services
• Interruptions or errors in platform operation

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
